Initial deposit – Rs 25, 000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking.
Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment.

Cancellation Policy
35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.

Day 1

In Train - Lunch & Dinner


Board the train from Bandra Terminus for Jammu. Lunch & Dinner shall be served on your seats by the Group co-ordinators. This is the pre-camp opportunity for all of you to introduce yourself to your camp-mates and also to get to know everyone else. During the entire camp, you shall be lodging in rooms/tents with different people every night, so no point in making groups today.
Day 2

Jammu to Patnitop – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


We will reach Jammu in the afternoon post lunch and from Jammu station we will head straight for Patnitop. Today in the evening you will be explained the entire route, day-wise plan, system of rotational lodging and lastly the rules for the next 11 days.
Day 3

Patnitop to Srinagar – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


We will start from Patnitop early morning post breakfast for a 6-7 hour journey to Srinagar. On the way, you will witness the beautiful Kashmir Valley unfolding as we move ahead and we will enter the last green belt in the Himalayas before entering the high-altitude cold-desert of Ladakh. After reaching Srinagar and settling down in our hotel, we will head to Dal lake for the Shikara ride in the evening.
Day 4

Srinagar to Lamayuru – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


For the next 7 days, we shall be in the upper Himalayas and in the rain-shadow region of Ladakh. We start early morning from Srinagar and will begin the climb towards the Zoji La pass from Sonamarg. Zoji La pass is the geographical entry into the Ladakh region and here you will be welcomed by millions of tonnes of snow all around. After we cross the pass, we will head for Drass, where the Kargil War Memorial is situated. Army Jawans will be waiting for you here to tell you the exact account of Kargil War of 1999. If you are lucky, you may meet some Army personnel who were themselves in combat during the war. From Drass we head further to Lamayuru via Kargil town to settle for the night.
Day 5

Lamayuru to Leh – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


After early breakfast we will begin journey towards Leh. We will halt at Sangam where the Zanskar blends into the main Indus river. This is also where we will all enjoy a thrilling session of White-water rafting (included) on the Zanskar river. The landscapes on this rafting route are mind-boggling and look even more dramatic when you are viewing from your raft in the middle of the river. After rafting we will be served lunch at the spot where rafting ends.
Then we proceed onwards to Magnetic Hill. Magnetic Hill is known for a unique phenomenon. You shall see your vehicle defy gravity here…or is it? See & judge for yourself. Before entering Leh city, we shall stop at the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara which was built and is managed completely by the Indian Army followed by the Army Hall of Fame Museum (if open). Reach Leh early evening and start pitching your tents with the help of your Group Leaders and fellow campers. We shall have a bonfire before dinner tonight along with some games and prizes.
Day 6

Leh to Nubra Valley – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


After breakfast at hotel, drive to Khardung La, the HIGHEST MOTORABLE ROAD (18380 ft. above sea level) IN THE WORLD. Drive downwards to Nubra Valley. Head onwards to Diskit Gompa (monastery) and to the sand dunes of Hundar. Ride the unique double-humped Bactrian camels (not included). Drive back to campsite for overnight stay in Swiss Tents. Dinner at camp.
Day 7

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Leave early morning for Pangong Tso after breakfast. This journey will be a gradual climb to the high altitiude Pangong Lake. This lake of “3 Idiots” fame is world renowned for its changing colours throughout the day according to the sun’s position and reflection. Stay overnight at lakeside camp. Dinner at camp.
Day 8

Pangong Lake to Leh – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Leave early morning from Pangong Tso and have breakfast and see Hemis monastery on the way to Leh. Hemis is the largest monastery in Ladakh and has one of the most beautiful locations. It also consists of a museum which houses the largest collection of ancient Buddhist artifacts in India. Head to Leh after seeing Hemis, and reach hotel by late afternoon. Rest of the day is at leisure before we pitch our tents yet again near Leh town.
Day 9

In and around Leh – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


After breakfast we will head out for an excursion to Thiksey Monastery, 3 Idiots School and Shey Palace. Once we are done with that, the rest of the day shall be at leisure in Leh town where you can buy souvenirs for your parents, relatives and friends back home. Please ensure that you move around with your Group Leaders and stay close to them.
Day 10

Leh to Sonamarg – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


We say goodbye to Leh after breakfast and start our journey back towards Kashmir. We will stay in Sonamarg for the night.
Day 11

Sonamarg to Jammu – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


After breakfast, we will start our full day journey of 10-11 hours to Jammu. On reaching Jammu by early evening, we will check in to a hotel and rest. Tonight before dinner, we will distribute certificates and awards for various categories of exemplary behavior.
Day 12

In Train – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner


Transfer to railway station for train to Mumbai. This train journey is the best time to reminisce on the amazing times you have had and the unbelievable places you made your temporary home in. It’s also time say goodbyes to your new buddies. Lunch and dinner will be served in the train.
Day 13

In Train – Breakfast & Lunch


We reach Mumbai today and reunite with our families after this wonderful experience.

Return 2nd Class Train from Mumbai to Jammu and Jammu to Mumbai.
Hotel accommodations at Patnitop, Srinagar, Lamayuru, Leh and Jammu as per respective itinerary.
Camps having swiss-tent accommodation with self contained bathroom at Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake as per respective itinerary.
Participants will stay in self-pitched tents near Leh city for the camp.
Sleeping bags and sleeping mats for use during stay in self-pitched tents.
Airport Transfers at Srinagar Airport and Chandigarh Airport shall be done by Tempo Traveller/Innova/Scorpio/Xylo/Eeco/Omni as per respective itinerary (Vehicle not at disposal.)
All sightseeing shall be done by Tempo Traveller/Innova/Scorpio/Xylo/Eeco/Omni as per respective itinerary (Vehicle not at disposal. Only available for the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary – point to point).
